The Climb是2009年Disney的青春歌舞電影 Hannah Montana 裡頭的一首歌，而Miley Cyrus正是戲裡的主角，也是這首歌的原唱。不說或許很多人不知道，這首因著電影而爆紅的The Climb，原來一開始不是為了電影劇情而寫的歌。這首歌的原型，是作詞者Jessi Alexander在面臨人生低潮時，有感而法所寫下的詩歌。

CCM (Contemporary Christian Music) 中譯為「現代基督教音樂」，又稱作「流行福音歌曲」，指的是注入了當代流行音樂元素的敬拜詩歌。
早期的聖詩氣氛莊嚴，強調突顯上帝神聖的形象。1950年代，當搖滾樂開始流行時，傳統教會不能接受這種聽起來世俗放縱的音樂，甚至認為搖滾樂就是撒旦魔鬼的音樂。到了70年代初，一群自稱耶穌子民的年輕時代，開始了一個Jesus movement 耶穌運動，也帶起了一個全新的流行敬拜讚美詩歌風潮，改變了全球教會崇拜的方式，也讓福音音樂走進人們的生活。
